Many injured in Bolivia protest

One person was killed and about 50 were injured when protesters demanding the resignation of the governor of the Cochabamba region clashed with his supporters, local media reported.

The violence began when the governor's supporters - who are opposed to President Evo Morales - clashed with thousands of rival stick-wielding protesters on Thursday.
