I consider myself a political activist. When I see something in our government that seems wrong, I try to change it, and when I know I can't change something or I have tried to change it various times and have failed every one, I write about it. So, usually my articles will be about politics, but occassionally I might stray and write about art, technology, and editorial, or perhaps *gasp* just the regular old news. And my biggest pet peeve: soon-to-be-former President of the United States of America George Walker Bush, who I (unfortunately) recently found out is my extremely distant cousin through a long-dead Queen of England.

 P.S. No, the picture I have set to represent me is not actually of me, or I would be 150 years old. It is of my great-great-grandfather, who was a well-known writer in the Acores Islands of Portugal.
