Mataji Nirmala Devi Insulted Indian National Flag

These pictures I am sending you all shows the gross disrespect and insult to the Indian National flag by this so called "spiritual leader" and self proclaimed "GOD" Mataji Nirmala Devi. This disrespect to our country flag shows that she has definately no respect or love for the country that gave her so much and her husband who was an IAS officer and chief of the SCI (he is seated next to her in the pics). Such a shame.

Could you please tell me the exact venue of this incident ? Since this incident which is more than one year old caught my eye today through a forwarded mail (after that I searched the net and landed on your site), I would like the know the exact circumstances under which this unfortunate incident occured. Then I could forward the total incident as a report to different media channels and get a detailed investigation done on this.

If we have to do something on this, we better get to the root of it instead of just commenting on it in the net. We need to send this to the masses.

Believe it or not - on the mental level you allege her an insult, but she just gave her blessings as a mother of india´s freedom. Shri Mataji´s parents played a key role in India's Liberation Movement from under British rule. Her father, a close associate of Mahatma Gandhi, was a member of the Constituent Assembly of India and helped write free India's first constitution. He was a renowned scholar, master of 14 languages, and translated the Koran in Marathi. Her mother was the first woman in India to receive an Honors Degree in Mathematics.

As a child, Shri Mataji lived with her parents in the ashram of Mahatma Gandhi. Gandhi saw the wisdom of this child and used to appreciate her immensely, affectionately calling her Nepali due to the Nepali features of her face. Even at a young age, her deep understanding was evident to Gandhi, who frequently sought her advice on spiritual matters.

Shri Mataji's involvement in the freedom struggle is extremely remarkable. She was very courageous and played a daring role as a youth leader of this campaign. In the 1942 "Quit India Movement" announced by Gandhi, she was even arrested and put in jail along with other freedom fighters for actively participating in this movement.

After the establishment of the outward freedom, Shri Mataji started to teach about the liberty within. She was born with a complete understanding of the human nervous system and its energetic counterparts, which allows her to overcome the daily life problems. Down to the present day she helps people around the world to get their inner balance and selfrealisation.

Dear Jatinder,

Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi has fought as a youth leader for the freedom of India. She was imprisoned by the British... she and her (rich) family had given up everything for the struggle for independence.

As a child she was a close friend to Gandhiji..

Her father was one of the leader's of India's struggle for independence. He was imprisoned many times...Later on he became congress member of the first congress.

Her husband was private secretary to Lal Bahadur Shastri and changed so many things in India.

Shri Mataji has done so many things for India that it can't be described in words.

It is a shame on your side too publish such articles without having any knowledge...

Better pull your ears...

The disciples of Shri Mataji have laid the flag of India to her feet as India own's her a big part of it's freedom.

dude understand one thing,,she has indian flag at her feet,,n it as such symbolises india,,its that india which is here since the birth of aryan n dravidian race in india,,its india from before christ times,,n its not gandhi s ,,nor nehru nor any nirmalas,,its that india that dates back to 1000s of yrs before even yours mathas matha was not born,,just bcos she has done something for freedom,,"non violently"before 60 yrs doesnt give her any rt to do wat she has done

jeetendra , let me ask you a question and to all who all are reacting- what remarkable thing you have done for india so far? let me give you an answer -today india needs the blessing of almighty and in all form, this is symbolic that india has confirmed her place at mother's feet and that is the ray of hope for all the sons of soil.

why dont you people take self realisation and ask this question about flag to mother directly.

i believe you will get the answer.

hi all,

for those who say this photo symbolises india at her feet and just because it is at her feet the country is going to be blessed. first go back to school and get some real 'education'. the fact that u support such an incident shows u r illeterate as a human being though u r literate according to the census. a human being with six senses should know what his or her priorities are.. this country has been existing since human civilisation started. had Mahatma Gandhi seen this photo he would have committed suicide to have befriended this lady. is this waht u people learnt from ur history?? i wud love to meet ur history teachers n give them a piece of my mind. people.. this country is ever lasting. it has existed 1000s of years before and will exist thousands of years to come. generations and generations of people r going to walk the roads which u walk today. Mataji is a small pebble compared to this moountain. everybosy should bow in front of this country and flag. every person who calls himself an indian should first respect the flag then u talk abt spirituality and god's blessings.
