Chris Matthews played a promo clip of actor Matt Damon from next week'€™s Hardball college tour. Damon says he thinks the Bush twins should be sent to Iraq. Why? Because it'€™s just not fair to have a "€œfighting class"€ who financially have no other choice but to join the military and go to war.
