Maybe just call it "miPhone?"

After approximately 5 years of negotiations and a false-positive agreement on Monday night, Cisco elected to take legal action against Apple after the announcement of the "iPhone" earlier this week.  While the new iPhone is simply dreamy and on my immediate wish list, Cisco owns the trademark and actually has a product on the market with said name. 

While Apple representatives feel confident they can withstand any legal challenges, industry analysts are not so confident especially with Apple's history of going after anyone remotely close to the name "iPod." 

Color me a simpleton but I love anything with the words my or mi on the front of it.
