Mayor Menino was joined by Police Commissioner Ed Davis and the Mobile Operations Patrol Unit Deputy Superintendent Thomas Lee to receive the $10,000 donation to the Boston Police Foundation and Crime Stoppers. Mayor Menino proclaimed today “Wild Hogs Day” in the City of Boston. In Wild Hogs, the stars ride Harley Davidson motorcycles and the Boston Police Mobile Operations Unit rides Harley-Davidson Road Kings. The local group, Boston HOG (Harley Owners Group) lined City Hall Plaza for the event.
