I am a social media consultant.

I spend much of my time hanging out in the online social media
world and hope to share the knowledge I’ve gained about social
softwares, networks and online communities with the people and
businesses that could benefit from tapping into this powerful world.
I co-produce and host an online video podcast promoting Canadian independent music, ThisCityRocks.
I am Director of Social Media for Catapult Media, spending much of my time building online communities for non-profit and civil society organizations.My education is a mixed bag from a BA in Radio and Television Arts
at Ryerson University, to Classical Theatre at Oxford University,
acting at the Amercian Academy of Dramatic Arts LA, and graphic and web
design at Concordia University and Herzing College.
I proudly hail from Newfoundland, have lived across Canada in most major city centres (with a brief stint in LA) and happily now make my home
in Vancouver, BC.
I run, snowboard, play tennis, hike, snowshoe, surf. I enjoy red wine and Guinness.
I have a fantastic Bernese Mountain Dog named Capo, Il Capitano.
