Menu Foods Reimbursement

Eleven weeks into the original recall, about 80 class-action suits are
in progress against Menu Foods. An attorney, whose Chicago firm
represents more than 600 plaintiffs including a Georgetown dog owner,
will be in court last Thursday for a hearing on where to transfer the
cases.
