This story is exactly the "gold" that I'm telling news diggers and readers is out there, and needs to be dug up. Here we have a giant pharmaceutical company, Merck, lobbying our government to pass a law or laws to force you and I to take their vaccines (drugs). The front of the story leads you to think that the problem is " Some conservatives and
parents'-rights groups say such a requirement would encourage
premarital sex and interfere with the way they raise their children,....." When you see clearly that the problem is drug companies investing money (lobbying; bribing; racketeering) lawmakers into writing law that forces us to take vaccines, in turn, making the drug pusher huge profits. Eugenics in disguise? This! Rush Limbaugh, is much closer to fascism than you will ever tell your listeners. What's next? Drug companies lobbying to force Prozac as a food additive because we're all depressed? I know, I'm "liberal" right? Here's the dig - DTH

AUSTIN, Texas — Merck & Co. is helping bankroll efforts to pass
state laws requiring girls as young as 11 or 12 to receive the
drugmaker's new vaccine against the sexually transmitted
cervical-cancer virus.

Some conservatives and parents'-rights groups say such a requirement
would encourage premarital sex and interfere with the way they raise
their children, and they say Merck's push for such laws is underhanded.
But the company said its lobbying efforts have been above-board.

With at least 18 states debating whether to require Merck's Gardasil
vaccine for schoolgirls, Merck has funneled money through Women in
Government, an advocacy group made up of female state legislators
around the country.............More

Amazingly these 2 stories claim the opposite. The first says "cannot be spread human to human" and the second says "Health experts worry that the highly pathogenic H5N1 avian influenza virus that re-emerged in Asia in 2003 and spread widely to more than 60 countries has now mutated and will spread between people, sparking a human flu pandemic."
