Mexico welcomes Venezuelan envoy naming

"For President Chavez, this is a time to turn the page on previous conflicts," said a statement from the Venezuelan government.

"We love Mexico," Chavez said. "Mexico will always be necessary for us Latin Americans. Latin America would be absolutely incomplete without Mexico."

Seem Chavez may be considering moving Latin America to downtown Caracas. He's very happy with the acquisitions he has made so far and really feels good about keeping Mexico part of Latin America! (Did I just hear someone go 'quack'.)
