Wednesday, Wall Street Journal reported that Microsoft recently held
meetings that discussed about buying a stake in Internet Media Company
Yahoo. This aims to compete against Google.

Wall Street
Journal reported that Microsoft and Yahoo have been holding discussions
about possible options over the past year. There is a possibility that
MSN online network will be sold to Yahoo and Microsoft will take a
small stake in the Internet Portal. Both Yahoo and Microsoft remain
silent about these discussions.

On the other hand, Microsoft
and AOL had talks about AOL using Microsoft's search technology. This
will give AOL a boost on their business.
