March 12, 2007 Utah - A two-alarm fire caused $100,000 in damage to a three- story apartment building, and all 80 residents had to be evacuated early Sunday. A man and woman, along with their dog, were rescued from their third-floor balcony by firefighters using a ladder, but no injuries were reported, Midvale Fire Department Battalion Chief Warren James said.
