Man, this is insane, people haven't turned on him for no reason! Vick is taking it on the chin because he's in the spotlight - but the outrage I think may also be some self loathing that we allow this to exist in our society. People should be disgusted that this exists at all, and that's the bigger point here. For there to be the comment that this makes him some kind of hero is even more screwed up... how do we allow that to happen? How do we create the situation that breeds people who find this barbaric stuff entertaining?
