MISSING PERSON - JIMMIE DALE WIGGINS

Developmentally disabled, wheelchair-bound elderly uncle missing from Slidell LA home after being abandoned by PCAs as they fled storm. Jimmie was to be evacuated to Hattiesburg MS area 08/28/05 by VOA worker Carol Simpson. Have heard nothing since storm! Jimmie has a multitude of physical ailments and takes numerous medications, including those for seizures, glaucoma.
