Missing Person: Niles Bryner

Right now, I am looking for any sign of Nyles Bryner, who lived in
Biloxi, MS. Here is the request I got:
 
“Hello,  I’m Mike Vernon.  I am trying to find a person who was living
in Biloxi, MS.  I have not heard anything from him since the Katrina
dissaster.  His name is Niles Bryner.  Please contact me as soon as
possible upon finding any information of his status and/or whereabouts.
 I am located here in Texas along with his parents & family. Last
known description of him is: Height: 6'1" - Weight: 210lbs (roughly) -
Hair: Blondish/Brown (Short & Curly) - Ethnicity: White - Age: 28.
