Frequently it is the case before an event that you get to see volunteers and staff set things up. Romney's supporters were setting up the room at a community center and their boss showed about 30 minutes after the time the event was to start. Very, very, rare. The typical presidential candidate is at least an hour late. The folks there to ask him questions were thankful for that.
