$1m raised by Reynolds in US 'fell out of plane'

Nearly $1m raised by former Irish PM Albert Reynolds in the US for Fianna Fail in 1994 "fell out of the plane and drifted off to the Bahamas or the Cayman Islands", developer Tom Gilmartin claimed yesterday.

He said only $70,000 of the $1m ever made its way into Fianna Fail, and he had been told that by people who had monitored the US fund raising events.
