Father Kills His Children, Government Culpable?

Four year old Ariana Payne was killed and stuffed in a storage locker, her five year old brother Tyler was never found.  Chris Payne, their father killed both to have more time with is girlfriend.  Brandon Williams, a five year old was also killed b hus mother in Arizona. 

What these three kids have in common is that Child Protective Services, a government agency designed to protect them, failed them.  Hearing are beingheld today in Arizona.  The Governor may take action.
