Why stop at just Christmass Ornaments?

The day before New Years i was in a local P&C Food Store and noticed the 1/2 price off on all Christmass Lighting and while checking out the benefits of the NEW L.E.D LIGHTS....  I noticed something on the package.....

! WARNING = PROP 65 = California LEAD warning that if you touch the surface of the plastic coated surface you will be contaminated with LEAD which is a chemical that has been proven to cause cancer and is harmful to children.....

Ahhhhhh......  OK...... No one happened to make a stink about these things.....

YET.....

Christmass lighting is POISONED WITH LEAD?

Wo when i walked nextdoor to the local Wal-Mart store i checked out all of their brans of Christmass Lightings and on everyone they had the PROP 65 WARNING ABOUT LEAD ON THE PLASTIC COATING.....

Hmmmmm......

HOW MANY KIDS OUT THERE HELP THEIR MOMMY AND DADDY TRIM THE TREE AND HELP WITH PUTTING THE LIGHTS UP? [i hope no one does or they will be poisoned with LEAD]

Hmmmm...... Interesting....  It seems the times have changed drastically.....  USA dosn't ever have to worry about TERRORISTS.... ALL we have to do is to BUY FROM CHINA AND THEY MAKE THINGS WITH LEAD AND THEY WILL SLOWLY POISON ALL OF USA WITH LEAD.....

Maybe it's time i relocate to a different country.....

Ohhh...... I''ll go live in CHINA.... Then i can get all of the stuff there MADE IN USA, JAPAN, GERMANY, AUSTRALIA, NORTH KOREA, CUBA, IRAN... etc....   AT least their stuff most likely won't be contaminated with LEAD....  Or will they?

To provide better service in alerting the American people to unsafe, hazardous or defective products, six federal agencies with different jurisdictions have joined together to create a one-stop shop for U.S. government recalls. The site offers recall information on consumer products, motor vehicles, boats, food, medicine, cosmetics, and environmental products. Users can also report a dangerous product and learn important safety tips.
