Indonesia to participate in 2010 Shanghai expo

Meanwhile, The World Expo 2010 Shanghai general commissioner Hua Junduo said he positively welcomed Indonesia`s participation in the exhibition.

"I positively welcome Indonesia`s plan to participate in the expo and therefore, the country is expected to take advantage from such an important moment," Hua Junduo said.

He pointed out that the expo was expected to be participated in by 200 countries and international organizations, and be visited by around 70 million people from various countries around the world.

"At least 149 countries and 18 international organizations have confirmed their participation and the number is expected to increase," Hua said.
