Indonesia proposes formation of OPEC Fund, Jusuf Kalla says

Kalla explained that in the third OPEC Summit this time, Indonesia would simultaneously propose a regulation on the balance between oil exporting countries and oil consuming countries, oil for forest, and oil for education.

He said that with the world oil price hikes, the oil consuming countries had financial problem and it would have a negative impact on their education program.

The vice president pointed out that the proposal to form OPEC Fund would be conveyed through his address at the OPEC Summit on Sunday.
