State expenditures in 2008 state budget set at rp836.418 trillion

At the meeting the government was represented by Finance Minister Sri Mulyani Indrawati, State Minister for National Development Planning/Chairman of the National Development Planning Agency (Bappenas) Paskah Suzetta, State Enterprises Minister Sofyan Djalil, Bank Indonesia Senior Deputy Governor Miranda S Goeltom.

Hafiz said the central government`s expenditures comprised personnel expenditure totaling Rp129.535 trillion, goods procurement Rp52.397 trillion, capital expenditure Rp101.538 trillion, interest payments Rp91.541 trillion, subsidy payments Rp92.624 trillion, social security assistance Rp67.402 trillion, and other expenditures Rp29.584 trillion. more ..
