INGRID PERITZ Montreal -- Despite vehement protests and a petition that garnered more than 30,000 names, city council voted yesterday to rename Park Avenue in Montreal after former premier Robert Bourassa. The change was approved by city councillors 40-22, with most members of the party of Mayor Gérald Tremblay voting in favour.
