Moscow is the most Expensive City

- According to a survey conducted by the Consulting Institution Mercer
Human Resources Moscow, the Russia capital, jumped three places from a
year ago, and became the most expensive city in the world, owing to a
recent boom in real estate prices.

The surveyed the
comparative cost of more than 200 parameters such as housing,
transportation, food, and clothes in 114 cities throughout the world.
