Mukunda is young social media practitioner from Nepal. He currently works for Equal Access, Nepal, an organization working on 'communication for social change'. He also develops the content for living citizen journalism community of Nepal, named MeroReport and social network of media practitioners in Nepal, MediaManch.

He comes from the background of mass communication in education and radio program production in profession. At this time, he is perusing his Masters Degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from Tribhuvan University in Nepal. He has more than five years experience on developing content for radio on development issues in Nepal with special focus on early childhood development, education, nutrition and peace building. Additional experience is the program/project management, monitoring and evaluation, providing training and building relation among the media houses and media practitioner across the country. He also has working experience on developing content for radio on other different languages than Nepali including but not limited to Maithili, Bajika, Bhojpuri, Awadhi and Tamang.

Besides radio programming, He caught the skills on visual production, graphics design and web development. He has developed some promotional digital stories and videos as well as posters, newsletter, book, brochure and etc. Being avid to web, he has supported on development of various websites including official website of Equal Access Nepal, tourism site for Palpa, official site of central department of journalism and mass communication, his birthplace Deurali, and so on.

He loves traveling. He has touched the land of more than 55 districts of Nepal out of Nepal, includes total Terai, almost hilly and some Himalayan districts.
