My phone and I: who owns who?

Did it happen that your phone rang in the worst possible moment, interrupting you from a very important thing you were doing? I bet it did, at least once. What did you do then? Well, I met lots of people who rushed in to answer the call, thus getting angry and frustrated, many times transmitting these negative feelings to the person at the other end of the line.
