Virginia Tech is having a welcome back concert for the students, the line up includes Dave Matthews Band, John Mayer, Phil Vassar and Nas. Some controversy has turned up in the media and around the web on whether it's appropriate for Nas to be playing.

As an artist paying tribute to the kids and teachers who tragically died, obviously many of whom liked his music, I think he would be apprpropriate.
