By JIM UTTER The Charlotte Observer KANSAS CITY, Kan. - NASCAR expects at least 14 teams to participate in the one-day Car of Tomorrow test at Talladega, Ala, on Oct. 9, which would be largest group of participants so far. Greg Biffle, who has done little work with the new car up to this point, said he plans to stay for the test at Talladega, hoping to get a head-start on next season, when the car will be used on short tracks, one-mile tracks and road courses.
