Neath Port Talbot council releases new guide for fostered children

Neath Port Talbot Council has published a new guide which will be made available to all children who are being fostered within the county borough.

The easy to read, bi-lingual booklet has been produced by the Authority's Community Placement (Fostering) service and is designed to provide fostered children with information and advice on what to expect when they are placed with a foster carer.
