There's a study on a game where you answer some questions to get an idea of your daily emotional and mental health. The findings (whether this game with lots of "smiley faces" can improve your self-esteem and lower stress) will be released later this year, but they are basing their hypotheses on games like "Dance Dance Revolution," Nintendo Wii, and multi-level games. They are focusing on their perception that those games are "positive" instead of the chemicals released from exercise (Dance and Wii), and the increased confidence of accomplishments like advancing through levels of a challenging game. See what you think.
