NEW YORK CITY BANS N-WORD

New York City will soon be known as the city that bans everything. So far, it's banned public gatherings of 50 people or more, dancing in ordinary bars and restaurants, listening to iPods while crossing the street, and now it's banning people from saying the N-word. Although the moratorium will not carry a penalty, it's meant to encourage people not to use the racial epithet, whether or not it is used between blacks or directed towards them.
