Hi there,
You can either upload it to the story and it will appear in the photo widget, or you can hyperlink to it using the chain button in the toolbar above.
You highlight the word you want to link, then press the 'chain' button above and a box will pop up where you can enter the URL of the picture you want to link to and then press 'ok'.
