Can you give some examples please. I think you are talking about SPAM that gets deleted ASAP by Editors as soon as they see it.
The site is being checked for SPAM several times every day manually and continuously by the SPAM filter wish does miss some times a lot.
The SPAM filter can not be made to sensitive either or it will start deleting genuine postings from members. Why the site has to be scanned manually wish requires a Staff Member or GE to do so several times every day.

NowPublic does not currently host, solicit, or allow advertising on the site, as per our Code of Conduct.
And, as Paschen mentioned above, NowPublic Staff Editors and Guest Editors flag and remove spam posts that appear on the site.
