It may have started out using existing GWEN towers, but that was just the roll-out for the Delta-T form factor phased array antenna scalar electromagnetic weapon installation that's atop of many if not most of the nation's "consumer" cellphone towers. When I first wrote about "Delta T," the censorship regime removed the references and I had to keep putting the information back into my main story (see U.S. Silently Tortures Americans with Cell Tower Microwave Weapon at http://viclivingston.blogspot.com/2011/12/u.html).   


This veteran major market journalist revealed the deployment of the torture towers co-located with cellphone gear THREE YEARS AGO. The cell tower angle was strongly inferred, but buried, in the Ventura show -- as was the ability of this grid to "neuromodulate" the mental and physiological processes and functioning of any human being. And there was no mention that MULTIPLE antenna are used to "triangulate" targets, in the same manner that a cellphone signal is delivered to a geo-specific device.

Ventura's show also spent the entire first three-quarters of the presentation interviewing victims who don't really know the mechanism of their torture, and it lent undeserved credibility to hawkers of "shielding" devices and materials -- useless gear that rips off victims.


And finally, the show did not explore the fact that the electromagnetic torture is really a slow-kill genocide, and is but one key ingredient of a "disposition" torture and financial sabotage matrix that is run regionally out of the federally-funded and administered "threat fusion centers," with the "neighborhood watch" apparatus as its local ground muscle -- making a mockery of the rule of law in America.


POSTSCRIPT:  this journalist has been physically debilitated, cataracts in both eyes, tortured daily for years in the worst way a man can be tortured, making it impossible to earn a living. I do not hear "voices" in my head, but this technology can and is being used to inject subaural suggestions to targets, a form of attempted mind control that often is effective with malleable, unaware subjects.  Electromagnetic weapon torture is really a slow-kill GENOCIDE, and Jesse's show, while important, bought into the psyop that it's mostly buzzing ears and "voices."  TORTURE IS NOT 'HARASSMENT.'  IT IS TORTURE.  

Finally, Lockheed Martin/USG censorship regime operatives continue to maliciously tamper with my telecommunications, going so far as to alter content and to insert typos in an effort to make me look sloppy or incompetent.  Their cyber-torture and censorship operation constitutes the REAL "terrorist" threat to all Americans.
