Currently, there are NowPublic contributors who seem to be unable to distinguish between engaging in dialog and discourse with others at the site and instead, engage in flaming behavior, ad hominem attacks, violating the flaming policy described in Kaitlin's post here under Discuss the Community.

It is understood that NowPublic uses it's discretion to handle any case of this nature on an individual basis, however, for purposes of transparency, can a delineated course of action be provided by a member of the staff as to how the process would proceed to attempt to bring an offending contributor into compliance with the policies here?
