I along with many others must be fascinated by the story of Jaycee who has been help captive for 18 years. It is stranger than it first looks as she was able to go out and work with her captor, therefore getting plenty of opportunities to escape. Also her two daughters were apparently at a party so it is a very peculiar situation indeed.

We can only assume that she was threatened or brainwashed completely by the fiend who took her.

I find it unbelievable that they were not discovered much sooner as there doesn't appear to be much in the way of stopping others seeing the children and Jaycee herself.

I feel so sorry for them all as it will take them years to adjust to normal life after their odd upbringing.
