This veteran journalist, who has exposed heinous electromagnetic weapon assaults on U.S. citizens by Lockheed Martin under U.S. government contract,  was unable to access a Verizon email account for a period of several hours yesterday, after I posted my latest "U.S. Radiation Weapon Attack Report" on my Facebook page (http://facebook.com/vic.livingston).  

Calls to the Verizon customer service line (calls apparently diverted to the military contractor psyops unit) failed to resolve the problem; so I tried the Verizon online "chat" customer service system.  After some delay, my text message got a response from someone who ID'ed himself as "Danish."  A relative recently met a Danish man.  Just a coincidence?  Hardly.  (It is apparent that this journalist and his family are under pervasive (and expensive) 24/7 electronic surveillance.) "Danish" informed me that "there is a problem with the Verizon email server" and that my email would be inaccessible for "eight to ten hours."  This, of course, was a lie; had Verizon's email service experienced a general failure, it would have made the news feeds.  


Several hours later, I was able to access my email again.  But I discovered that the time of my most recent attack report, posted in mid-afternoon, was ALTERED, changed to "5:53pm," when, in fact, I had filed the report just BEFORE my email service went out. The time of the attack also was altered on Facebook and Google Plus, and in the word processing program file on my computer (or the file that APPEARS to have been saved on the computer, but actually may be a "mirror" of a file stored on Lockheed's master spy computer system).

Also, a word processing program copy of the text dialog with the supposed Verizon customer service rep has DISAPPEARED from my computer.

It appears clear to me that the email "fail" was a purposeful act to prevent my attack report from being automatically emailed back to my account -- another apparent attempt to cover up heinous electromagnetic weapon attacks on American citizens.
