Well, they did it - again. The fascist censorship regime run by Lockheed Martin for U.S. agencies and commands blocked me from any access to NowPublic.com, where I have been publishing since July 2008, from late Thursday afternoon until mid-Friday morning.    I  was unable to access my work, my intellectual property.  The censorship regime BLACK HOLED -- censored -- ALL of the dozens of articles I have published on http ://NowPublic.com, including my home page at NowPublic.com/scrivener and ALL of my article URLs, such as this article exposing the censorship regime:

And as of Friday morning, Jan. 18th,  I am still being blocked, censored from posting this news to my page at Google Plus.  I got an obviously phony, counterfeit message stating:  "This post violates our policies.  It's (sic) visible only to you."   

Not surprisingly, this iron curtain of fascist censorship came down after I published an article yesterday about how Lockheed Martin, under USG contract, uses phony, counterfeit, spoofed URLs to  facilitate censorship thart targets alleged "dissidents" --  making it appear that  their comments to mainstream websites have been published, when in fact the "offending" comments have been assigned a unique, numbered URL that facilitates "black holing" censorship.  The commenter sees the comment over his or her connection, but, at the sole discretion of the real-time censorship regime, that comment may be visible only over the commenter's intercepted and censored connection.

When I attempted to access NowPublic or ANY article on the site, including any of those I have authored, I got a full-screen message that says "Your DNS has expired."   Tellingly, the page, labeled "DNS Made Easy," also offers various links to "public records"  websites, including sites that advertise the availability of  "criminal arrest records" -- an apparent "psyop" (psychological operation) to remind me of my false arrest, false imprisonment and police-administered assault in June 2009, when I was charged by Falls Township, Bucks County police with "misdemeanor stalking" -- the very crime that was being perpetrated upon me at the time.  The charge was summarily dismissed when police failed to produce a complainant at a hearing.  The entire episode was a set-up intended to give this "targeted" journalist an arrest record.(See my article entitled "Gestapo USA": http://viclivingston.blogspot.com/2012/01/thugocracy-u.html).

I got the same "Your DNS has expired" page when I tried to post this disturbing news to the NowPublic "forum" page at http://NowPublic.com/forum.

So it's official. I was DISAPPEARED. I now will redouble my efforts to TAKE DOWN THIS CENSORSHIP REGIME UNDER THE RULE OF LAW THAT ITS ARCHITECTS AND OPERATIVES SO WANTONLY DEFY AND DEFILE.

AFTER-ACTION REPORT:  Five minutes after posting the above to Facebook.com/Vic.Livingston on Friday morning, I was able to access one of my articles from a link posted at Facebook.com/DOJ (U.S.Dept. of Justice).  And after that, the censorship block on NowPublic appeared to lift.  But I am still being blocked from posting the above news to the Vic Livingston page at Google Plus.  So the censorship cat and mouse game continues.  It is obvious that I am not just being censored, but PSYOPPED.   Psychological operations against U.S. citizens are supposed to be prohibited by federal policy.  Apparently, that doesn't faze my oppressors in government and in the military contractor "community."
