OK.  I will also get my own examples of trying to open my links from the standpoint of not being signed in at NP, and I will ask a couple of the people who notified me of the problem which links they could not open. I know offhand that I was notified about that problem this week after publishing and emailing one of the articles in my Michael Jackson /H1N1 vaccine series.  I will get the specific info from the people reporting the problem and see if they are willing for me to identify them for follow-up also.   I have also had complaints that people are not allowed to comment on my articles.  I told them not to feel bad, because sometimes I am not allowed to comment on them as well.  Specific examples are discussed in comments to some articles, but I hate to point you to them now because they could be deleted. Comments are frequently deleted from my articles, without my prior knowledge or notification afterwards.  I have asked that this practice immediately end, because I was not notified that my creative product would be destroyed and have not saved all of my comments on disc.  Lately, this has been happening to comments at articles that I wrote months or over a year ago.  I wonder if everyone's work product gets such pruning at NP.  I find it unacceptable, as I refer to my previous work often as I generate new articles or email people about the social issues therein. 

One interesting case where a comment was deleted is when I found an article of mine was illegally deleted from Care2.  I knew it was front page news at Care2, and I always copy the "Congratulations from Care2 News Network" to the article at NP where it is published.  The moment I discovered the cyberstalking at Care2, I hurried to NP to grab the Care2 Congratulations to prove it was published at Care2.  First, I was bumped out to a PAGE NOT FAOUND (a delaying tactic), then when I got to the article, the Care2 News Congratulations had been REMOVED from the comments.  I believe that was one of the  articles opposing the death penalty, but I will check my records.  The article reappeared at
(out of numerical sequence) at Care2 when I complained, but the congratulatory comment from Care2 for having the article on front page never appeared back at NP.

The fact that at least in some cases it is being done without notice by a staff member makes me waste valuable time looking for a troll, calling computer professionals to get advice on the tactics being used by trolls, etc.  Only after I go on a witch hunt am I notified that some of these things are being done at NP, which I frankly considered likely in the first place.  I just did not and still do not have any acceptable reason why.

While we are investigating my problems, please investigate why one of my documents was deleted from NP and the Web link substituted to another another of my documents, as laid out in Comment no. 6 at this article:

Regarding the word "update" being removed from my title, I was pointed to a Forum notice that titles would be changed to Lower Case if upper case is used, and that the word "update" would not be allowed if it is found to be used without grounds.  If you check the article yourself, you will see that three lengthy updates were made to the article, with each one spelled out as UPDATE 1 OF 3, UPDATE 2 OF 3, AND UPDATE 3 OF 3.  Then some new reason was given, stating something about a time clock.  I don't follow this, no. 1, and secondly, I believe that as an adult and a member of NP, I should be notified about changes being done to my work by NP staff BEFORE or certainly AFTER, so that I can be spared the time and effort trying to find the computerstalker. 

People complain about my saying that my work is being sabotaged, but still I get no notice when changes were made here at NP until after much ado.  Why?

I will get specifics on the problems listed above that have not already been explained, and check with the people who report problems whether I can give you their contact info.  Meanwhile if someone wants to step up and take credit for deleting and substituting my Naked Demonstration article and redirecting traffic to another article, I am all ears.  I have a bill for them, because I was told to input my work directly into NP instead of Word to avoid carrying forward sybols from Word, and the presumption was that NP could and would safegaurd my articles or pull them up from backup.  However, in no case of my MISSING articles have any been retrieved from backup.  I find it outrageous to be told that this cannot be done.  Quite unbelievable, frankly, as well as unacceptable.  The deleted and substituted Naked Demonstration work was published immediately after news broadcasts about Gonzales' indictment for possibly accepting kickbacks to prevent county jail investigations after deaths of inmates.

Furthermore, I have some interesting tapes of the challenges I undergo publishing - deletions when I hit "submit," and more, but the examples are on the same videos as cyberstalking that happens on other sites.  Therefore, until I get the film edited to cut those parts that did not occur at NP, I cannot send the film to you.  No one on the other sites has stepped forward yet to claim responsibility for any of the things that I BELIEVED were done by outside interference. 

One interesting tape captured a recurring problem that I frequently had to have Amy help me with - the fact that when I entered email addresses to email my articles from NP using the NP email button, I constantly got the "email address not good" response from NP's system - one-by-one - until the email address field was EMPTY.  A few minutes later, the very same article using the very same button would work fine for Amy.  Simultaneously, my Yahoo email would be shut down, which prevented my emailing from there. I usually work with a video cam at ready to catch the interference, as I notify everyone often.

I don't mind taking one thing at a time.  Let us start with what is already ready with all information - my article being deleted and traffic redirected to another.  That is an older issue.  Let us take things in order.  How did that happen?  Anyone want to explain that "glitch"?

Thanks for your interest, Nagba.  I will try to break it down to you.  It is very simple, actually.  Someone simply DELETED my "Naked Demonstation" article and SUBSTITUTED it at links for another of my articles.

1)      I wrote “Naked Demonstration to End Censorship, published at NP

2)      I put an excerpt and link to it at Care2

3)      “Naked Demonstration” was read by many, and excerpts appeared on other people’s websites in the US and some foreign countries, with links back to NP for the full article

4)      The article was DELETED at NP, and but its link title remained on the web as “Naked Demonstration.”  Upon activating the link, people were instead taken to another of my articles entitled “Theft of Emails . . . “:  http://my.nowpublic.com/health/theft-emails-re-wrongful-death-larry-neal-and-cochran-firm-fraud

5)       When I found my article had been deleted and traffic to the “Naked Demonstration” link was being diverted to another of my articles, “Theft of Emails,” I complained

6)       Since I discovered the cyberstalking and complained, the cyberstalker then changed most of the links on the Internet to be the same as the name of the article folks were being directed to, but whoever did that forgot to change the excerpt.  The excerpt that appeared with the link remained the first sentence of the deleted article.  The cyberstalker did an insufficient cover-up job.  See what I mean in the example below – new title and link to the excerpt were used, but the Naked Demonstration article is GONE.

SELECT THE “VISIT SITE” TAB at this Care2 submission, which I published the same day as the “Naked Demonstration” article.  The Care2 link goes to the Theft of Emails article, because the public was diverted there.   The cyberstalker had deleted the Naked Demonstration article altogether.

NOTICE THAT although the cyberstalker who did this obviously had the power to change the title of my article on the Internet (and he/she did that, but left the original excerpt) the cyberstalker did not have the ability to change the title at Care2 News.  Therefore, the title, picture, and excerpt remain unchanged at Care2 News, but the link is redirected like all the links were.

More samples of this bit of cyberstalking were published in the comments at my “Maybe LaToya Jackson Is Right” article.  In every case, the link that should go to the "Naked Demonstration" article goes back to the “Theft of Emails” article instead.  The Naked Demonstration article was deleted and substituted. 

Now do you understand what happened?  Cyberstalkers.  ALL of the people who commented on the article who visited NP and read the Naked Demonstration article KNOW that the link originally led to the "Naked Demonstration" article and not to any Email theft article.  So the cyberstalker does stupid things that are easily proved and witnessed.

That should answer your question about the DELETED article and the REDIRECTED LINK.  If you want to know why these things are done, read further.  If not, you have the info you requested.  The reasons why I am censored and a victim of cyberstalking are detailed below.

In addition to cyberstalkers, I have in-person stalkers who followed and accosted me at neighborhood businesses last year (2008).  I always make sure everything is in the public eye.  Although I have witness statements about the in-person stalking, nothing was investigated by police and so far, nothing has been done about my online stalking, such as the deletion of my article and substitution of another at the links.  This is why I stay home for safety like Ann Frank and slaves in the Underground Railroad.  When the USDOJ itself is in the wrong, there is apparently no one to help citizens.  A friend said I should take the matter to the UN, but I think that because the U.S. is the most powerful nation in the UN, that body would not be likely to be able to make the DOJ release records and protect my family from stalking either. 

Here is what happened:  Shelby Co. Jail secretly arrested and killed my handicapped brother, Larry.  The jail did not file the necessary report on his death to the DOJ, not having an excuse for his death.  They appointed The Cochran Firm to contract with us to pretend to be our wrongful death attorneys.  The Cochran Firm played its role by NOT doing any legal work while it pretended under contract that our lawsuit was going forward against the jail.  When we caught the lie, it was already too late for another attorney to investigate, prepare, and file the three lawsuits.  So the folks who killed Larry escaped responsibility.  We sued The Cochran Firm for fraud.  The law firm got Judge Wendy Shoob to say it did not exist in Atlanta and dismiss our lawsuit.  Meanwhile, the federal government had hearings to determine whether Shelby Co. Jail had complied with the terms of its agreement with the USA after lawsuit for mistreating inmates.  Although the DOJ knew about Larry's secret arrest and death in custody of the Jail, the DOJ allowed Shelby Co. to enter perjury into federal proceedings by omitting any account of Larry's death.  Any records the jail submitted were necessarily fraudulent, because the DOJ affirmed twice that it had no records from Larry Neal dying in the jail.   Deliberate omissions are perjurous.  But the DOJ already knew the jail was lying by omission, and accepted it.  That is the BIG SECRET that everybody is lying and hiding records to protect.  Meanwhile, they planned to kill me because I tell everybody about it.  I keep telling folks about the NWO working together to suppress this truth, figuring there is some safety in disclosure.  My writing about it is deleted and sabotaged online, and I am followed and accosted in person. I reported the stalking when we sued The Cochran Firm in United States District Court, Northern Dist. of GA.  Judge Timothy Batten did nothing about the illegal activities under U.S. Code 18, sections 242 and 245.  He also dismissed our lawsuit against The Cochran Firm, saying everything the law firm did to prevent open disclosure and accountability by Shelby Co. Jail was "immaterial."  Legally, we never should have been allowed to file suit in USDC under the diversity rule, because there most certainly is a Cochran Firm office in Georgia - right where they said in court it did not exist - 127 Peachtree Street.  After Batten issued his Order dismissing our case, The Cochran Firm then published a YouTube video advertising the office to other unsuspecting minority people -- like Ms. Johnston's family ws.  That is why I call them the NWO gang.  Many parties in power worked together against Larry's family's due process of law.  Still are.

I don't know if they do the computer sabotage from their own locales, or if they hire people at the sites where I write.  They don't tell me.  I am not even sure who "they" are.  I just know EVERYONE WASTES THEIR TIME TELLING ME THIS IS A COMPUTER GLITCH -- TOO MUCH EVIDENCE, TOO MANY WITNESSES, TOO MUCH FILM.

For instance, the Cochran Firm Atlanta Office YouTube commercial was loaded on NP with my article "Mary Neal Requests Meeting with the USDOJ."  But it was not permitted to show after the first few days.  When I tried to bring the footage forward, the cyberstalker who is assigned to attack my input here deleted the entire article!  They are something! I call them New World Orderlies.  They deserve a raise (and more training).   Now, that film cannot be transferred from YouTube at all - it is now on lockdown. 

You can read more about how the cyberstalkers operate in the comments to my NP articles.  I recorded much of their activity there as it happened and got film and witnesses.  Plenty of examples are in the comments of my "American Concentration Camps Proposed in Congress - H.R.645" article.  They REALLY got busy when I published that.  I figure they do not want to delete it because it would look really, really bad.  Plus, too many other sites already republished it - not just an excerpt.  I plan to tell the public from now on to always copy my entire article if they find it worthwhile, because deletions are getting to be rather common.  Like Nazi book burning.

The NWO attack against my family to conceal government crimes is much the same as the Guantanamo torture camps.  That did not come out in the news for a long time.  Now that it is out, much of the related documents are kept secret, and it is doubtful if there will ever be accountability or punishment for the prisoner torture.  Larry Neal, a mentally ill heart patient, was treated like those people who are in prison camps who are suspected terrorists - only he was a sick  American citizen who could not even spell "terrorist."  It was the same USDOJ, under the same command.  The determination to keep this secret is just as intense, I suppose, so folks cyberstalk and censor me.  And the Obama DOJ did not respond timely to our FOIA requests - nothing yet, almost a month overdue.  Not really hard to understand, but the story has a lot of chapters.  I tried to summarize it in this blog:

Thanks for your interest.  If you can trace this illegal activity, please do.  But be careful.  You may end up hiding at home like my 86-yr-old mom and me, surrounded by lots of new neighbors who took over all of the foreclosed homes on our street in the days preceding and immediately after Judge Batten's ruling.  Most use drive-out tags or back into their driveways, making it hard to  get their tag numbers.  However, I put some tag numbers in the comments to my Supreme Court and DNA testing rights article and mailed them far and wide.  Somehow, they live in expensive homes, drive lovely late modeled vehicles, but don't seem to have work schedules.

I am glad we are discussing this.  If my family has to sue the DOJ to get the responsive records regarding Larry Neal in response to our FOIA request, I know the cyberstalkers and in-person stalkers may go crazy!  One of President Obama's first executive orders strengthened the Freedom of Information Act.  I suppose the DOJ did not get a copy of Obama's executive order.

If we had known this was a NWO thing - Larry's death cover-up conspiracy - we probably would have gone to the funeral and just said good-bye, with no questions asked.  I believe that must be what the families do in Communist China and probably what people did when folks went "missing" and died in government custody in WWII Germany.  We just did not know that America had become one of those places.  I did not read the announcement that the Constitution and Bill of Rights had been nullified.  Maybe they will announce it later. 

When we sued The Cochran Firm, we believed it was a simple matter of a couple of crooked attorneys helping their friends over the Shelby Co. 1)  The original MJ article got stuck behind the Iron Curtain at NP, and had to get dug out.  That is usually a 1st step to deletion.  I put three updates to the article and added the word UPDATE to the title, but the word "update" was deleted from my title, apparently by Tina, although I was not told until going on a wide search.

2)  I discovered this morning that the original MJ blog I published at Care2 had the word "updated " ADDED to the front of the title, but it was NOT my Care2 update.  Wonder was that to keep folks from reading the update?  I figure it was.  Or maybe it is some amazing coincidence that the article that really had been updated at NP had the word "update" removed, while the one that had not been updated at Care2 had the word "update" added.

3)  When I went ahead and added the updated text to that Care2 blog since it is being presented that way to the public, the link suddenly moved from page 1 of the Michael Jackson conspiracy theory links listed on the Web to page 5 or so.  That was fast!

4)  All of this cyberstalking and other activity around my MJ death conspiracy articles makes me wonder about his death, which Los Angeles PD is now handling as a possible homicide.  It would be real wise to leave those articles alone, because I think cybestalkers are giving them more importance than they would otherwise have.  For instance, compare the outcome if The Cochran Firm had really acted as our attorneys against Shelby Co. Take a look at the data above.  They are changing the titles to the article that posted to Care2 groups on June 30 even as I type about the cyberstalking I just caught this morning regarding the MJ series.  I told y'all that people work as I work sometimes.  This is an example. 

The list of group postings shows that at 11:41 on June 30, the article went out with "updated" in front of the title, and at 11:53, it didn't have that prefix. CYBERSTALKERS JUST ADDED THE WORD "UPDATE" TO THE POST I MADE TO AGAINST HUMAN STUPIDITY GROUP SINCE I DISCOVERED THE NAME SWITCH AT CARE2 THIS MORNING.  

The truth is that ONLY the original blog went to the Care2 groups and at no time did I put "updated" to this blog title - someone else did.  Furthermore, I did put the word "updated" at NP, but it was not permitted to stay.  This way, if I said to someone, "I updated my MJ conspiracy theory.  Read it."  They might browse for "Mary Neal Michael Jackson Update."  Then they would be directed to the Care2 blog that was the original text (falsely listed as an update), rather than the real update at NP where that word was removed from the title without my knowledge.  Do you see what I mean?  At least, that is what some folks will think when they hear this.  It just seems a little like a switch-a-roo.

I wish my creative product would stop changing without my input.  If what I write is so important, why aren't I RICH?  I feel like some folks are getting paid big money to change my creative product, park my articles with online parking services, delete my work, etc., and lay in wait for me to go to the neighborhood store, while I am on unemployment and need an alternator for the car!  They keep paying the wrong folks.  TRY JUSTICE.  IT WORKS.

I would suggest changing your password at the sites you are using and also make sure you check for any virus on your machine.

Thanks, Nagba.  I change my computers five times this year.  They take over my PC within hours when I take one home.  My nephew loaded one with excellent security, and they probably could not do what they normally do, so they sent something that destroyed it.  Changing my passwords won't help much, because the things that they do cannot be done from the standpoint of having control of my password.  I cannot change the links that appear from NP to the Web, someone there sends the links to the web.  Having my passwords, if the cyberstalkers do, won't help them do that or many other things that are done.

I appreciate your response.  It has been ongoing for four years now and I have only been with NP for 1.5, so this is pretty much something that follows me.  I just tried to post a story on H1N1 and was rejected.  Freedom of speech depends on what one has to say.

I was notifed by generaldecay at 06:23 on July 23rd, 2009  that he removed two advertisements that appeared at the end of this strand.  I replied thusly:

Then what you have is a horrible security breach.  One came from a member of NP - not an annonymous person.  His name was something like Girih_________.  He said I should know how to use the computer better, because someone who does not know how to use the computer is like a person driving a car without knowing how and that eventually something nasty is bound to happen.

I responded by naming the things that occur that certainly my computer usuage has no part in.  In example, emails I send to people at another site change after I send them.  What arrives in addressees' mailboxes is not always what I send. Some of my emails even changed AFTER some of the addressees read them.  I also pointed out that I have no capacity to make links on the Internet point to any articles of mine other than the one that posted originally with the link.  Therefore, cyberstalking aimed toward censorship is proven to be happening.

I also replied to the veiled threat about "something nasty" could happen by reminding the writer that something nasty had already happened in that my 54-year-old brother, a mentally ill heart patient, had been secretly arrested until his death in Shelby County Jail in Memphis, TN, after police denying for 18 days that they had him to deprive Larry Neal of his vital heart medication (from mid-July 2003 until his death on Aug. 1, 2003).  I also responded to the comment about a car accident by saying that it indeed seemed to me that a car accident was the plan of those who followed me throughout 2008 before I started staying home (expecially after Duanna Johnson was murdered - another person who planned to sue Shelby Co. Jail in Memphis).  I stated that I felt that is why I was followed by up to four vehicles and there was frequently a government vehicle among the stalkers (usually a DeKalb Water truck or a police car, but on September 27, 2003, there was a US DOT truck).  I stated that the stalking was so blatant that eye witness reports are on file with our USDC case against The Johnnie Cochran Firm (Neal v. Please send me a copy of the data you said was mysteriously changed to advertiising.  That is more evidence of the stalking and censorship that follows me on the Intenet, which is also criminal behavior.

It would be preferable if NP staff did not remove anything from my articles or comments thereto, especially without prior notification.  None of the removed data has ever been patently offensive or obscene, so what is the rush?  I usually respond to any messages in short time.  But if you cannot resist, then please adhere to my requests.  Otherwise I will consider this a hostile act.  Furthermore, I know computers well enough to understand that EVERYTHING that is saved [on a computer system] is subject to being extracted from its databank.  To say otherwise regarding my missing articles and the original messages that were in place before being changed into advertisements, if they were, makes me concerned about the implications.

I BELIEVE it is time for the folks who are behind the cyberstalking to consider if when data is removed, they really prefer what replaces it.  I would like a copy of the original posts that were in place before being changed to ads and a copy of the ads.  Please do not destroy or discard any input from yesterday.  If anyone at all in Larry Neal's family should have an "accident," or anything else "nasty" happen to them, that input is evidence.

Anyway if I see any spam comment I will delete it at once without any notification to the author. Spam will not be tolerated no matter who posted it. And it is not just anonymous users who do that. It's not a security breach that some ppl make accounts just to post spam story or spam comment here and there.

So... if I underdstand correct your problem is that someone has killed 2 spam comments from this thread that was made by other people ? Why is that a problem ? People are trying to keep the site clean. Waiting for user approval wont help with that.

1) a member of NP wrote in response to this strand saying that I should know how to use the computer.  He compared it to a traffic accident and alluded to something "nasty" happening to me.

2)  I responded to his post and I recounted my response above.

3)  This morning when I came to NP to retrieve his comment, which I take as sounding threatening, and my response to him -- both were gone.  I was informed that two ads had been removed from this strand instead of the two discussion items.

4)  There is nothing ordinary about posts turning into ads.  There is nothing ordinary about people writing to my strands of discussion and alluding to "something nasty" happening.  And there is nothing ordinary about NP not being able to pull up the discussion strand from your databank.  Do you assert that this is the case - do you assert that you cannot produce the discussion strands that preceded any ads that may have been removed from this strand?  That is the question.  Thanks in advance.

Just ignore the ppl who try to be smart. I guess that comment mentioning "something nasty" might happen to you was considered as offensive and was removed.

1)   I was given to understand - IT WAS EXPLICITLY WRITTEN - that GeraldClay removed two advertisements. 

      a.  There were two discussion items.  That is what was there.  Not ads, unless they were switched
      b.  GeraldClay claims to have seen and removed two advertisements
      c.  Now you assert the post was deleted for being a threat, which if that is the case, only the first one would have qualified for removal, because I threaten no one, and the second was mine.
      d.  Last time something changed this much it was the Atlanta office of the Cochran Firm

2)  I do not believe NP cannot pull up deleted comments.

I do not assert anything since I have not seen those comments and only extrapolating using what you have said.

If someone writes a comment, and someone else is replying to it (as in presses reply instead of simply adding another comment) that new comment will be sorted under the first comment. However if the first comment gets deleted it will result in the deletion of all the comments that replied to it. (deleting the root of a thread will result in removing the whole thread)

I cant help if you do not believe me. A deletion is a deletion, and we do not have extensive soft-deletes. While we do have backups they are not for restoring stray comment deletions.

You should go and speak with GeraldClay.  He did the deletion, not you and not me.  He did.  He said he deleted TWO ADVERTISEMENTS.  All of this about a comment being deleted because it was offensive and the second comment going along with the deletion because it was a reply does not jell with what GeraldClay asserted about the two comments.  Since you affirm that you never saw any of this, where are all of your responses coming from?  Speculation will not suffice.  I am writing to NP about perceived threats and wrongful deletion.  If you never saw either the actual comments nor the advertisements that replaced same, then you may not be the best person to respond.

Below is what GeraldClay wrote regarding my discussion posts he deleted.  As you will see - he made it clear that he deleted ADVERTISEMENTS FOR HOLIDAYS AND PHARMACEUTICAL DRUGS.  Now, this should show you why your response is inappropriate.  You wrote that the first comment was perceived as a threat and the second  (mine) was deleted because it was in response to the first.  People should coordinate better before answering me regarding my creative product being deleted, I BELIEVE.

I deleted two spam comments from that thread - at least I'm pretty sure it was that thread. They had links to sales for holidays and pharmaceutical drugs, if I recall, so I dare say they weren't of much use to you.

I can still imagine someone deleting offensive comment that had your comment as a thread. And generaldecay could still kill 2 other spam comments. Anything could have happened.

Since you think I am not approprite to respond, I'll leave this at this point. I'm a dev, not part of content team, was trying to help. good luck with the rest.

You are right about "anything could have happened."  I have film and printouts galore of  "things happening."  It is only recent (within the last week or so) that NP staff has been taking credit for the deletions, etc. that "happen."   The very next thing that does happen to my creative product will not be a mere conversation.  Promise.  ESPECIALLY, if it is recorded conversations of threats to my person and my family that NP is deleting.  As I made clear, such threats are not merely annoyances, but are criminal.  It is best not to put yourselves in the position of deleting evidence.  That is not acceptable when I have an email box here, and I have an email box at marylovesjustice@gmail.com and I have a P.O. Box at P.O. Box 7222, Atlanta, GA  30357.  It would be best before deleting anything at all (since deleting my writing has gotten to be a habit) to send me a copy by all three methods.  This is a request regarding a criminal and civil law matter.  I would be interested in knowing how many other writers have articles deleted and comments trimmed with such regularity.  Thank you.
