Pictures uploaded to Nowpublic. 
I had a threat sent today about three pictures I had used from the Nowpublic library, normally when someone wishes not to have their pictures used they politely ask for them to be removed. however some young buck thought he could demand and gave me a time limit.
I therefore gave him a time limit back to ask politely.
Now what I really want to know are the pictures in the library there to be used or do we have to ask the people that uploaded them permission to use them?
No one as ever ask me before using mine.

Once a picture is uploaded to our database, it is there for all our members to use them on their stories as it is part of our database.
I think what happened in your case was that the member who sent you that didn't fully understand that their pictures could be used on other stories and not just the one it was originally used for.
I know that Jon got in touch with that member who messaged you and it should be all dealt with now.
