If you have been trying to sign on to the site on October 8, then I'm sure you will have noticed some issues.

We have been having some technical issues that caused the site to go offline and redirect for a few hours, but the issue has been resolved now.

However, it will take a number of  hours for the site to behave as normal again, so do not despair, it is not just your account, everyone is affected.
