I clicked the track button when I gave permission for one of my photos on Flickr to be used, but I don't quite understand what it's supposed to do or exactly what is being tracked....
Yes it basically allows you to see not only your own activity on the site, but also the activity of any story that you have interacted with. It is a quicker and easier way to 'track' what you and others are doing.
