  I have received no email yet.  It is 12:22 p.m. here, but perhaps it is much earlier there.  I would really appreciate knowing about the article so I will know whether people can come to NP to read it or come to NP and see the blank space where the article was. Thanks for your help, both of you!  I'll check back in an hour and see what's the scoop.

I really don't believe anyone could be censoring or causing problems, but I DO KNOW that some judges in Indiana own stock in private jails and prisons and are know to send people to the places that have stock in.

As always, I do not rely on people believing what I say.  I film much of the censorship as it happens and will either show it on video clips or continue to have my people save the film copies to release if the people who threaten me actually hurt me some day.  I also considered putting some of the film proof on a DVD to be placed in the book jacket when we publish the Justice Quest manuscript.  Seeing is believing.

Of course, I don't think most people need more proof than to open a newspaper and NOT see reports of the most famous and widely advertised plaintiffs law firm in Georgia denying its own identity as being a Cochran Firm office and NOT seeing reports that a Georgia Superior Court judge declared the law firm to be non-existent while it remained open every day and went on to represent the family of another police violence victim in Georgia, 92-year-old Ms. Kathryn Johnston, just six months later.  Most people would recognize that omission by mainstream media immediately as being censorship.  They would also likely recognize that any entity that is allowed by USDOJ and the FCC, FTC, BBB, and other consumer protection agencies to do that - deny its advertised identity - is likely working with or for the government in some capacity.  Deductive reasoning is all that is needed to see the censorship - not my films.

As I've said before, it's highly likely that U.S. government surveillance operatives at your local "fusion center" are maliciously tampering with your telecommunications -- as they are doing with mine,  constantly.

By employing real-time remote computing software and by inserting "spoofed" pages into your data stream, they can make it SEEM like it's happening on NP's end, when in fact NP computers aren't involved at all.

NP IS involved, in that this apparent malicious interference would seem to abridge this Canadian company's right to communicate with its American "customers" or users, thus violating international law and treaties.

Each time these rogues appear to interfere with my telecommunications, I post a notice on the free speech blog of the American Civil Liberties Union, and advertise that fact on various political blogs, with a "shout-out" to Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano, whose department administers these fusion centers (which also have state, local and even CORPORATE input).

My campaign seems to have had some positive effect -- although prior restraint and outright censorship of my internet telecommunications continues.  It seems these operatives try to get away with as much malicious mischief as they can.

The fusion center in Newtown, PA appears to be a rogue operation.  The one near you sounds like one, too.

I can declare that from personal experience, it appears that freedom of speech and freedom from unreasonable searches and seizures (in this case, of computer communications) is dead or dying in America.  But we fight fight on for our supposedly Constitutionally-protected rights.

Thanks for responding.  The "quiries" that attach themselves to my articles on the .html view are clear to anyone who looks at them from that screen, which Jordan has done.  I have asked NP repeatedly about the "quiries" and my questions are ignored.  I communicated at length three weeks ago with CJaye in NP's email system.  I recommended one of her articles and told her some recent developments.  We sent several emails back and forward.  Two days later, she wrote me and thanked me for recommending her article.  I asked her why she was thanking me again, and she said she did not write the emails I got at NP. 

My article that was stuck behind the edit screen at NP many hours ago is still not visible, although I sent emails to Jordan, Amy and Tina asking for it to be made visible.  (Amy does not know how to do it.  She is the only one who responded.)  Unlike you, I am not convinced that my censorship all comes from outside of the Networks where I post, although I agree that it is probably some rogue U.S. Govt. activity.

REGARDING NOTIFYING THE GOVT., I SENT SOME OF MY RELEVANT ARTICLES TO THE USDOJ DIRECTLY, INCLUDING THE ONE THAT GOT HIDDEN IN THE EDIT VIEW TODAY AND THE "MARY NEAL REQUESTS MEETING WITH THE USDOJ," the "ATLANTA POLICE REFUSE TO RELEASE RECORDS ON KATHRYN JOHNSTON" ARTICLE, AND TODAY'S PETITION ARTICLE.

Apparently, authorities are willing to execute Troy Davis for a murder he likely did not do, but will not answer our inquiries about Larry's death in government custody.  Neither did Atlanta Police want to release records on Kathryn Johnston's murder by police.  The USA says it fights wars for human rights abroad, but its own sick citizens die in jail and family members are threatened and persecuted and censored for asking what happened to them.

1)  When I asked Yahoo who put the terroristic video as a response to my Cochran Firm Fruad video, George answered and said it matched my tag lines "miss" or "missing."  I never used those taglines for one thing.  For another, if you put those words in at Y! video, you get tons of videos, not just mine.  Third, it says right on the page at Y! that the tagline it matches is Mary Neal.  Why would Yahoo lie?  I know they are aware that George sent that lie, becuase I wrote to Yahoo directly about it - not just an email, but I filled out their box directly.

2)  I have written Care2 Help Desk repeatedly about the censorship and denial of services I endure there, and get no response beyond the automatically generated response from their computer.  So I know that they get the emails about my not being able to post videos, no "reply all" button on my email box to prevent my communicating with large groups, etc.  I write about my interference at Care2 to Care2 in my comments to articles and in my Sharebook (blog) and by writing to the tech person, Eric, directly.  No response. 

The censorship I endure is known and apparently permitted.

Some of the things that are done must be done at the sites where I write, especially the denial of full services and ignoring my repeated complaints and requests for assistance.  No distant cyberstalker can do that.

I do know that these criminals (let's not dress it up and make them sound like wayward boy scouts; the offenses they commit are felonies and multiple at that, not to mention the lack of internet services from their obstruction) are expert at having the problems appear to be coming from the website and its employees.  I know that such is not the case (at least for the most part and in my case, which, let's face it folks, as much as I have been prevented from using the internet, my experience is limited).  But I am being forced to connect via a residential gateway, when I should be connecting directly to the internet.  I cannot change the settings.  Then when you call the provider of your internet connection because you cannot sign on (or once you do and click on mail, you receive a message saying you are signed out and must sign on again--this can go on all day) these sick trolls just pick up the line they already control and respond, giving you more incorrect information, further ensuring that they continue their illegal activity and that if anyone will be blamed, it will be your provider, and not these.  "Anonymous not verified"  is not the legal working editor at nowpublic, but those who wish to appear to be this person as they take over the control of your puter, email, posts, etc.  I, too, have received the odd new messages from previous communications.  I've done this dance too long. But it does not matter what kind of connection I try, wireless card, dial-up, these criminals  just can't be weeded out fast enough.  I truly believe our president wants to root out these criminals and effectively prosecute them, not possible when there are no laws in place that address the nature of their crimes.  This, too, is an area that needs lobbying for new and bold legislation in order to prosecute.  There are excellent law enforcement.  We have to remove the bad ones so they do not infect the good...so the good can do their job, unemcumbered by a pervasively sick undercurrent.  [qc pid="407144"]

I believe it is as it is intended to be from top down.  I see no evidence of efforts to change the Internet takeover by any parties.  There is no effort to enforce your free speech and freedom of press rights by anyone at all.  You wanted me to be more direct about it, so there it is. 

After Jena6, the power structure understood the capacity for social movements conducted through the Internet, and they took steps to control it completely.  That is where we are now.
