I'm Alan, a senior software developer for NowPublic and I've been looking into the problem with your video.  While we do support mp4 video in general, we have seen a couple of mp4 videos recently that don't convert well to the format required by our video player.

However, in investigating this particular video, I had to take a look at the original file you uploaded, and I was unable to get it to play on any media player (I tried Quicktime, Nero Showtime, VLC media player, Windows media player and Real player).  The size of the original file is 270KB, which normally would be exceptionally small for any video file.  One possibility that springs to mind is that the upload was interrupted before it completed.  I would suggest maybe trying to upload it one more time if you have time.  I would also suggest that you check that the file plays correctly on your own computer first, and also check the size of the file (if it's larger than 270KB, then we know something happened to your file during upload.)
