Editors
Heavy is the head that wears the crown…but we don’t mind. NowPublic’s Editors—keen volunteers chosen by the Super Editors—are responsible for keeping the site shiny and clean. They scour night and day making sure that the best stories are promoted, that those that need a little help get it, and that spam and other undesirables get flushed into the abyss as quickly as possible. Editors keep one eye on the Code of Conduct to make sure everyone is treated as they should be, while also remaining transparent and active members of the NowPublic community. That way, anyone who wants to can reach them to ask questions or make comments. Want to be an Editor? First you have to be a News Wrangler, and an active one. If you’re out there, the Super Editors will find you. They have eyes like hawks, we promise.
