Nicole in CA wants to know if Michel Billiu is ok in LA

I live in California. It's been a long time since I had spoken to my older sister, Michel.  Her maiden name was Michel Billiu.  The last time I saw her was at her wedding in Kenner LA, where she married Rob Church.  We tried to keep in touch but somehow lost connection.  I have always wanted to regain contact, but my own life has had its challenges.  With such a horrible natural disaster, I just want to know if Michel is ok.  If you know anything, please let me know by email cvhs99@excite.com
