Born and raised in southern France, i lived and worked in India, Australia and a several African countries. I was a resident of Ethiopia at the time of the Great Famine ('84 - '85), witnessing the international community efforts to rescue the hunger stricken millions while the government made all efforts to displace affected populations to malaria infected areas. I was part of the global polio eradication effort in Africa and South-Asia between '94 and '01, then spent three years '02 to '05 in Central African republic where i worked to reduce digital divide.
Back in France in '05, i would like to resume assignments to contribute to partnership projects aiming at raising education, reducing public health challenges and offering new technologies opportunities in developing countries, where our future lies.
