I am a Scientologist and work extensively within the Church and on its behalf, in both religious and secular social programmes. I am also a photographer, web developer and musical artist.

I believe in religious freedom and tolerance and I do not feel that my personal religious affiliation affects my ability to report on factual events, but my immersion in this area gives me an inside edge on such events so I can report accurately and often obtain photographs.

If you see me posting a lot about Scientologists or their church, this is why. I don't feel NowPublic is the right place to discuss my religion, except perhaps in an opinion piece, but where the church or its parishioners are involved in notable events then I will endeavour to report.

I'm also involved in other charitable activities and may report from time-to-time on these too, and I am very interested in social documentary pieces (including photography), particularly with respect to social problems faced in Britain.
