We aim to educate about threatened and endangered species, forestry operations and, hopefully, changes to management of our community forest in Wielangta, Tasmania, Australia.
We
* care about Tasmania’s threatened species and our high conservation value community forests
* want to see relict forests like the Wielangta developed sensitively to educate visitors about threatened species and sustainable forestry
* want to keep forests in the ground (biocarbon) to develop an economy through offsetting global carbon emissions
* want to be partners with foresters and enterprises in positive new directions for community forestry use
