Mundoo's Channel

Lives on Hindmarsh Island and is interested in the world around. Is
monitoring a wetland on Hindmarsh Island to see changes as drought
affects it. Hindmarsh Island is in the estuary of the River Murray
(longest in Australia) as it exits to the ocean. Part of the estuary
environment is the Coorong which is a world-listed RAMSAR site. The
Murray mouth has had 2 dredges keeping it open for several years. The
river is critically low and the Coorong is hyper-saline.
